Quandry

The Whys
How Dark is the past, Hey you open your eyes
Show our today, Tomorrow will Lighten our skies
With bowed head thee said, Stifle those Cries
Does not our future brighten your sighs
The Arrows
Don’t forget the pain, The Fear and the Deep, Deep Sad sorrow
Hell No! Burden them ,with same filthy barrow
With pick and shovel digging the same Knee-deep Farrow
To use the anger, the shame and tears to build a better Tomorrow
Another
One was Dark Though A bright light was in the other
I know your scared. Don’t think you’ll fail, or even heck "why bother" ?
You got your friends, A Good Just wife and Sometimes a big littler brother
Pick up your teeth Wipe the Dirt off your sleeve and Fight on like dear old mother
(continued)
The Rife
Wouldn’t it Be Nice Those sick bastard s’ got life
The Sentence not given to those whose gentle souls suffer the strife
No Children get broken, No twisted perversions. No Abuse of any kind, Not even the Wife
Don’t cower, Stand Up to your perp. Let them Know what they’re worth, Peer Pressure Cuts deeper than any sharp Knife
Don’t surrender ever
John
